The Ellidaar river, running through urban Reykjavik, had more than 2000returning wild salmon this year. It’s a rare positive story of coexistence between people and wildlife which we’re telling in SUPERFISH – SALMON, coming out in 2026. During our shoot, Iceland Public Television interviewed director Rick Rosenthal and salmon researcher Johannes Sturlaugsson about our work for their weekly series “Spotlight”.
